I Report Unauthorized Domestika Plus Upgrade and Money Loss

People are being automatically upgraded to Domestika Plus memberships under the assumption that they’re only signing up for a course. After the 30-day trial ends, the system upgrades you to a paid Plus membership without any confirmation—no email, no notice, nothing. This feels like a deliberate scam. I personally lost ₺6,000 for a service I have no intention of using, and I know many others in Turkey are facing the same issue. When I contacted customer support, they just repeated policy terms instead of offering real help. I consider myself a victim of this setup. They don’t issue refunds, and the whole process feels like a trap designed to take more money from users. I strongly advise against buying any courses from Domestika.

I filed a spending dispute with my bank on July 10. My refund was issued on August 24. Definitely use this method.

On April 2, 2025, I purchased a course on Domestika for ₺29. That was it—just a one-time course. But on May 3, 2025, I was shocked to see that $103.66 (around ₺3,400) had been withdrawn from my credit card. Apparently, Domestika signed me up for a Plus membership without my permission or any prior n...

Instead, Domestika renewed my subscription automatically—without any warning—at a price nearly 7 times higher. I was charged around ₺3,500 wit...
