Domestika Charged Me for a Plus Membership I Never Authorized

Last year, I purchased a heavily discounted annual subscription from Domestika. I expected to be notified before it renewed, especially if the price changed. Instead, Domestika renewed my subscription automatically—without any warning—at a price nearly 7 times higher. I was charged around ₺3,500 without my consent or awareness. To make things worse, there’s no way to reach an actual human for help. Their support system feels deliberately unresponsive. And despite paying that much, I don’t even get full access—just 12 credits for courses. That’s not what I signed up for. This feels incredibly deceptive and disrespectful to loyal users. I demand a full refund and immediate cancellation of this overpriced renewal. Domestika must stop exploiting users through silent auto-renewals.

Apparently, Domestika signed me up for a Plus membership without my permission or any prior n...

On March 21, 2025, I purchased two courses on Domestika for a total of ₺99. That’s all I intended to do—buy the courses and pay for them, which I did. But without my knowledge, I was automatically enrolled in a trial for their Plus membership. Then on April 21, 2025, a charge of ₺3,994.47 was sudden...
How is this even possible? On March 3, 2025, I purchased a course on Domestika for ₺29. I had no idea I was being enrolled in a free trial for their Plus membership. Then on April 25, 2025, I was shocked to see that Domestika had charged my card over ₺4000 for a one-year Plus subscription—something ...
