Domestika Charged Me ₺3,499 Instead of ₺1,099 for Plus Without Consent or Clear Notice
I started a Domestika Plus membership on April 21, 2024. On February 5, 2025, I received an email—attached as proof—that clearly stated the renewal price would be ₺1,099. However, instead of this amount, Domestika charged my account ₺3,499. Even worse, the price section in that same email has now mysteriously disappeared. It feels like the terms were changed after the fact, and I was charged more than triple the expected amount without any proper explanation or approval.
This charge did not occur after a free trial period—it was part of a second billing cycle. I never consented to this new amount and still can’t understand how Domestika was able to charge me such a high fee without my explicit approval.
To make matters worse, I can’t even remove my credit card from my Domestika account, which makes me feel trapped and powerless.
Domestika, I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺3,499 charge and a clear explanation of why this happened despite the original email stating ₺1,099. You must also give users the ability to manage and delete their payment information.
