Domestika Plus Membership Charges Without Consent

Domestika Plus membership was activated without my knowledge or consent. On 16 September 2024, I purchased a single drawing course for ₺29. However, without my approval, my account was automatically upgraded to Domestika Plus membership. Subsequently, on 17 October 2024, an amount of ₺1,199 was automatically charged for an annual Plus plan, and on 19 October 2025, another ₺3,499 was charged again — both without my authorization or any prior notification. At no point did I consent to becoming a Plus member, nor was I informed that such payments would be automatically deducted. This constitutes an unauthorized and unlawful transaction. I have already requested a full refund for the unauthorized charges of ₺1,199 and ₺3,499, but I have not received any response or refund so far. If these amounts are not refunded promptly, I will be compelled to take legal action regarding this matter.
