Unauthorized Domestika Plus Renewal — How to Get Money Back

On September 16, 2024, I purchased a drawing course from Domestika for $0.69. However, without my consent, I was automatically enrolled in a Plus membership, and two separate annual subscription fees were charged to my credit card — $28 on October 17, 2024, and $83 on October 19, 2025.
I never authorized any Plus membership nor received any notification or consent request regarding these charges. After discovering this unauthorized billing, I submitted a refund request through Domestika’s website, explaining that I would take legal action if the charges were not reversed. However, I have not received any response so far.
Domestika provides no accessible customer service contact, such as a phone number or support email, making it impossible to communicate directly.
In total, I have suffered a financial loss of $111. I have canceled my Plus membership and am only requesting a refund of the unauthorized payments. No invoices were issued for these transactions, but I have the order numbers:
Order C41143769T26503786
Order C501857T32780097**
I demand that the unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that Domestika take responsibility for this improper billing.
