Domestika Plus Unauthorized Charge Complaint
On September 14, 2025, I registered on Domestika with the email address r***********@gmail.com**. However, even though I never requested or approved any membership or subscription, on October 17, 2025, ₺5,955.56 was withdrawn from my İş Bank debit card.
I did not approve any trial period or promotional offer, and this subscription was activated entirely without my knowledge or consent. The transaction reference number is C49650173T32317399.
Since Domestika’s website does not provide Turkish language support, I was unable to contact the support team to request a refund. I never authorized this transaction and have been charged for a service I did not want.
I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that the ₺6,000 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
