Domestika Charged Me Without Permission After I Bought 4 Courses
On April 26, 2025, I purchased four courses from Domestika, paying a total of ₺216.99. I expected this to be a simple one-time purchase. But to my shock, I later discovered I had unknowingly been signed up for a trial membership, which I never agreed to. Then on June 9, 2025, Domestika charged my credit card ₺4,130 for an annual subscription I never authorized or intended to buy. I was not notified before the charge, and I certainly did not approve this transaction. This is completely unacceptable. I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and the full ₺4,130 be refunded to the same card used. Domestika must stop tricking users into hidden subscriptions and start respecting customer consent.
