dji Refusal For Compensation For Lost Avata360

I purchased a DJI Avata 360 from a local dealer in Israel. On 10/10/2026, while flying it near a lake, there was clear GPS jamming in the area. The drone then lost proper control and was effectively dragged toward the middle of the lake, beyond my ability to bring it back. Throughout the entire incident, the remote controller and video feed remained connected for over 15 minutes, and I could see in the live feed how the drone was drifting away until it was finally lost in the lake. Before every flight, including this one, I check the maps for prohibited or restricted areas and I did not misuse the product or deliberately fly in a forbidden zone. After the incident, I contacted DJI support and was told that DJI had “suspended operations.” At the same time, I continue to see DJI-related commercial and promotional activity in Israel, including Benda Magnetic / Eilat advertisements, which makes this explanation and the lack of real support very disappointing from a paying customer’s perspective. I request that my case be carefully investigated and that I be provided with a replacement DJI Avata 360, as the loss occurred under GPS jamming conditions despite my careful and lawful use of the product. I expect DJI to offer a fair solution so that I am not left to bear the full cost of a drone lost in circumstances beyond my control.
