DistroKid Removed All 52 of My Songs Without Explanation or Appeal

All 52 songs that I had distributed through DistroKid over approximately seven months were removed from digital music platforms without any prior notice, clear explanation, or opportunity to appeal.

I discovered that my songs had been removed on July 25, 2026. Since DistroKid did not provide any prior notification, I do not know the exact date when the removal occurred. To the best of my knowledge, my releases were removed from the platforms where they had been distributed, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Tidal.

Only a few days before this incident, I personally upgraded my annual DistroKid membership to a higher-tier plan and paid the upgrade fee. However, at the time of payment, I was not informed that my account or releases were restricted, under review, or at risk of removal.

I contacted DistroKid customer support through its online help center and email support system. I was only told that digital music platforms had requested the removal of my releases, that I would no longer be able to upload music through DistroKid, and that I needed to use another distributor.

However, I was not informed which platforms requested the removal, why all 52 songs were affected, which policy or contract term was applied, or what evidence the decision was based on. No specific violation involving copyright, DMCA, artificial streaming, suspicious activity, or any other issue was identified. I was not provided with any transparent review or appeal process.

I replied to the support message requesting a detailed written explanation, but I have not received any meaningful or specific response. Support replies are also extremely delayed.

This situation is not simply a subscription issue. Removing all 52 songs, which represent approximately seven months of work, has seriously affected my release history, streaming data, artist profiles, promotional efforts, audience growth, and potential royalty income. A distribution company that I trusted with my music removing my entire catalog without providing any concrete explanation has created a serious loss of confidence.

My requests from DistroKid are as follows:

Provide a detailed, specific, and written explanation of why all 52 releases were removed.
Identify the platforms that allegedly requested the removal.
Provide the applicable policy or contract terms and any supporting evidence.
Offer a clear and fair review and appeal process.
If no valid and documented violation exists, restore my releases to the platforms while preserving my existing ISRC, UPC, metadata, and original release dates.
Allow me to continue using my DistroKid account normally.
If I am not allowed to use DistroKid services or my music cannot be restored, refund the full membership upgrade fee that I paid only a few days before my releases were removed.
If I need to move to another distributor, ensure that my ISRC, UPC, metadata, release dates, royalties, earnings, and payment records are fully preserved and provided to me.

I request a prompt, solution-oriented response from an authorized representative regarding this matter.
