I purchased Diadermine anti-wrinkle daily care cream from a seller named "megamix" on Trendyol. Having used this product before, I am very familiar with its texture and effects. However, the texture of the product I received was unusually solid when it should normally be fluid and lightweight, raising strong suspicions that it might be counterfeit.

Thinking the formula might have simply changed, I used it for about 3 to 4 days. Shortly after, I suffered an unusual outbreak of multiple pimples, and my skin's condition noticeably deteriorated. I still have active breakouts on my face, which is deeply concerning from both a health and aesthetic standpoint.

The item was delivered to me on December 1, and I have been dealing with this issue for about a week. Despite trying to reach both Trendyol and the seller "megamix," I have received no response whatsoever.

Therefore, I demand an urgent investigation into both the seller and the product. If this cream is counterfeit or defective, it must be removed from sale immediately, and proper inspections must be conducted so other users do not suffer the same harm.
