Nivea Q10 Serum Caused Burning and Irritation

I purchased NIVEA’s Q10 wrinkle serum from the official NIVEA seller on Trendyol. The product was delivered to me on June 10, and I used it on the evenings of June 10 and June 11. On June 12, I developed intense burning, itching, tightness, and small pimples on my face. At first, I did not realize the product was the cause, so I stopped using it and waited for my skin to recover, taking a break for about two weeks.
On the evening of June 27, I used the serum again, and by midday on June 28, the same symptoms appeared on my face again, especially severe burning, itching, redness, and small pimples. Since the same reaction occurred each time I used the product, I clearly understood that the problem was caused by this serum.
Regarding this product, which caused sensitivity and irritation on my skin, I first request a refund of the purchase price. If possible, I also ask NIVEA to dermatologically examine both the product and the reaction I experienced. I would like a clear explanation for my own health and ask that this matter be carefully reviewed so other users do not experience a similar problem.
