CeraVe Lotion Refill Pack Texture Problem: My Order #11333364986 Review

I purchased the product "Hyaluronic Acid & Ceramide Moisturizing Body Lotion Refill Pack 473 ml" from the CeraVe seller on Trendyol on June 17 (Order no: #11333364986). I have been using the product for about a week, and I am severely uncomfortable with the texture of the lotion.

While the color and scent of the product appear normal, its consistency feels almost spoiled—similar to a curdled texture—and it leaves small dotted residues on my skin rather than absorbing homogeneously. This not only ruins the application experience but also raises concerns about potential issues in the product's formulation, storage, or manufacturing process. I have not experienced any allergic reaction, redness, or burning on my skin; the problem lies entirely with the product's texture and feel upon application.

I expect a clear explanation from CeraVe and Trendyol regarding whether this product's texture is considered normal. If this is the inherent texture of the product, it should be explicitly stated to consumers; if there is a problem stemming from production or storage, I request that the necessary inspection be conducted and that I be informed accordingly.
