Receiving Fake DHL & UPS Emails Demanding Payment – Potential Scam

29

I keep receiving spam emails claiming to be from DHL and UPS, with the subject line "Suspended Package Delivery." These emails falsely state that my package is being held in customs and that I need to pay a customs fee to release it. They even threaten to cancel the shipment if the payment is not made.

However, I have not ordered or shipped any packages through DHL, UPS, or any other courier. This is clearly a scam, and it is extremely concerning that my name, surname, phone number, and email address are being used in fraudulent activities without my knowledge or consent.

I demand that DHL, UPS, and relevant authorities in Turkey take immediate action against this issue. I am not responsible for any unauthorized actions taken in my name, and I reserve all my legal rights. Stop this scam now!
