I Face Missing CYT Sales Order BST2387357150US With Invalid DHL Tracking
On April 2, I placed and paid for an order on the CYT Sales website for three Carter’s clothing sets, which were to be shipped to my address in Cuernavaca, Morelos, through DHL with the order number BST2387357150US. On April 16 the tracking information began to appear as “delivered,” but no package has been received at my home. Since I never received the shipment, I contacted DHL, where I was informed that the tracking number is not correct. I have also tried to contact CYT Sales through the email addresses provided on their page, but I have not received any response. The order shows as delivered, but I haven't received the package. DHL and the store haven't resolved the issue. Please issue a full refund for the three Carter’s sets associated with order BST2387357150US as soon as possible.
