DHL Lost My Package – 32 Days and Still No Delivery

On January 14, a package was shipped to me from Turkey via DHL, and it has now been 32 days, yet I still haven't received it! How is this even possible?

I can’t find a customer service number to call, and there’s no one to assist me. When I try to track it, one person says it went to the U.S., another says Australia, even though the package was clearly labeled for Germany. Why is my package being sent around the world instead of reaching me?

This is completely unacceptable. I need urgent assistance to locate my package and have it delivered immediately! DHL, please take responsibility and fix this mess!
