DHgate Order LI003817915CN Stuck at Istanbul PKIM
I am experiencing a serious issue regarding my customs shipment ordered from China through DHgate, with PTT tracking number LI003817915CN.
In previous orders from the same site involving customs fees, the package was delivered to my home, and I was able to pay the customs fee at the door and receive my item. However, this time the same process was not followed. My package was held at Kocaeli PKIM and then returned to Istanbul Arnavutköy PKIM.
On the 29th, I submitted a written petition stating that I would personally pick up the item from Kocaeli, yet the package was not delivered to me, and I have not received any clear information about the process. When I contacted Istanbul PKIM, I was told that the package was held by customs and that there was nothing I could do. No assistance was provided.
As with my previous shipments, I am requesting either that the package be delivered to my address so I can pay the customs fee upon delivery, or that I be allowed to pick it up in person from Istanbul PKIM. I want this issue resolved before the item is returned and before my inconvenience increases further.
