DeFacto Sneakers Fell Apart After Two Weeks

While DeFacto’s clothing is more or less acceptable, the quality of their shoes is extremely poor. The sneakers I purchased felt like pieces of rubber roughly glued together, as if they were assembled carelessly. From the very beginning, they had a strong chemical glue odor, and it was not a normal or mild smell.

I wore these sneakers for only two weeks before the sole completely separated from the upper part. Looking back, I honestly do not understand how I ended up buying them, because the low quality was noticeable even at first glance. I am writing this complaint mainly to warn other customers about what I consider to be the true quality of DeFacto shoes, so they can think carefully before making a purchase.
