Decathlon Sent Me 43 46 Socks That Do Not Fit and Shed Black Lint Everywhere
I purchased socks from Decathlon that were supposed to fit size 43-46, but despite wearing a size 44, they ended up being too small for me. They are quite snug and not very pleasant to wear, which was surprising given the size range of the product. Additionally, the black terry socks leave lint everywhere — my floors, shoes, and even other clothes ended up covered in black fuzz. It was a really frustrating experience. I submitted a review regarding these issues on their website, but it never appeared. I found that quite frustrating as I was hoping for a bit more openness. I'm left with socks that aren't usable and no platform to express my thoughts where they count. I want to understand how Decathlon intends to address this issue.

You said in the email to bring it in for inspection. Should I bring my worn socks? If I wash them, you'll say, 'these socks have been washed, we couldn't see any defect.' If you examine the new socks you have, you'll see the problem anyway. Or let the person who will inspect them wear these socks for a day, then they'll understand what I'm talking about.
