Decathlon Failed to Restock Size 48 Shoes Despite Frequent Customer Requests

Hello, I have been purchasing size 48 shoes from Decathlon stores for a long time with great satisfaction. However, in the past year, there hasn’t been sufficient stock available for size 48 shoes. I have been consistently checking both the online store and Decathlon stores in Ankara. I’m sure there are other "sports enthusiasts" who are experiencing the same issue as I am. When I asked Decathlon customer service about this, I received the following response: "Due to our manufacturers being located abroad, we are experiencing stock shortages for certain products, including the ones you mentioned, as sufficient stocks are not being sent to or supplied in our country. Our production team is working to minimize this issue." However, as someone who wears size 48 shoes, I feel excluded and discriminated against regarding this matter. While there is stock for all other sizes, why has size 48 been out of stock for months? In the past, size 48 shoes were already supplied in limited quantities, which was somewhat acceptable when compared to the general population. But for the past year, the stock numbers have not been updated at all. Perhaps the number of people wearing size 48 shoes has increased, there is a decline in production, or there is a planning issue. I am sharing my concerns with the hope that it helps find a solution for "sports enthusiasts." Kind regards.
