Since October 11, 2025, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with the Rockrider ST 500 24” Black bicycle I purchased from Decathlon Antalya Erasta store. The bike was sold with a two-month exchange guarantee and a 10-year warranty. However, shortly after the two-month period ended, the bicycle developed a strange malfunction. Because of this, I requested a replacement, but my request was denied.
The bicycle was then taken to the store’s workshop for repair, but the promised repair time was exceeded, and I received no updates. I tried to contact the store multiple times by phone, WhatsApp, and in person, yet no one responded, and it was impossible to reach them by phone. On Friday, October 24, I was told the repair would be completed the next day and that I would be notified immediately, but I still haven’t heard back.
The bike is under warranty, and no charges have been requested so far. This is the first time I’ve encountered such poor communication and lack of support. I have even brought the bicycle to the store twice myself to try to get the issue resolved quickly. My store workshop ticket number is 3142269052.
Given all these circumstances, my primary request is that the bicycle be replaced with a new one. Both the repair and exchange processes have been unnecessarily prolonged, and the lack of updates has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request that my issue be resolved immediately.
