Free Fire Max Cheaters Ruin Gameplay and Reports Don’t Work

I am a Garena Free Fire Max player from Nigeria, and I have been experiencing serious issues with hackers and cheaters in the game since I started playing. In almost every match I join, there are players clearly using cheats, which completely ruins the gameplay experience and makes it very difficult to play fairly or enjoy the game.

This issue is especially noticeable in Clash Squad and Lone Wolf modes, where many opponents land instant, unrealistic headshots that strongly suggest the use of hacks. These actions go beyond normal gameplay and make matches feel unfair and unbalanced.

I have used the in-game reporting system many times to report these hackers and cheaters, but I have not received any response or seen any meaningful improvement. It feels like these reports are not leading to effective action, as the number of cheaters in my matches remains consistently high.

I kindly request that Garena take stronger and faster action against cheaters by improving the anti-cheat system and enforcing quicker, more effective bans. I want to be able to play Free Fire Max in Nigeria in a fair and competitive environment without constantly facing hackers in almost every match.
