I Face 1win Google Pay Deposit Cancelled but Money Deducted
I made two deposits to my 1win account using Google Pay, but both transactions are showing as “cancelled” on 1win even though the money has been successfully debited from my account each time.
The first issue occurred yesterday when I deposited 300 INR via Google Pay. The amount was deducted from my account, but it never appeared in my 1win balance. The transaction ID for this payment is 611648805161.
The second issue happened today, about 30 minutes ago. Once again, I made a deposit using Google Pay, the money was deducted from my account, but on 1win the transaction is marked as “cancelled,” and the amount is still missing. The transaction ID for this payment is 611701897407.
So far, I have not received any response from customer support, and both amounts are currently stuck—debited from my Google Pay account but not credited to my 1win balance.
I request that both of these deposits be immediately credited to my 1win account without any further delay, or that a clear and prompt solution be provided to resolve this issue.
