Decathlon Order GB5C7FXNZY2Q Delivered To Wrong Address

I placed an order with Decathlon under the order number GB5C7FXNZY2Q on 24.02.2026, and the system shows it as delivered on 26.02.2026 to a “safe place.” However, the safe place shown in the delivery photo is not my house and does not belong to me. I have not received this parcel at my address in Carshalton, England. Since the order is incorrectly marked as delivered and the parcel was left at an unknown location, I request that Decathlon urgently investigate this issue with the courier and confirm where my parcel was actually left. As I have not received my items, I also expect my order to be resent to my correct address as soon as possible.
