Dating.com Charges My Card Without Consent

I did not download the Dating.com app, but charges have been deducted from my credit card without my permission. I would like a refund, please. I would like to cancel any membership linked to my account. I have not enrolled in any membership, so these charges may be unauthorized. This app is unfamiliar to me. I would like a refund. I would like to register a complaint. I reached out to customer service via email, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved and I have not received a response yet. If the refund is not issued, I am contemplating taking legal action.
