Dacia Duster Rear Derailleur Failure Caused by Faulty Towing

After my 2022 model Dacia Duster had an accident, I had all the work done at the Dacia authorized service. When I started driving the vehicle, I noticed a noise and took it back to the authorized service. As a result of the inspections, they said that the rear derailleur was burned due to being pulled incorrectly with a tow truck and that it was not covered by the warranty. I declared with photographs that I brought my vehicle to the service center after the accident. The malfunction of my vehicle, which has had all its maintenance and other operations done at Dacia authorized services, is not covered by the warranty.
