Request For Refund Of Unauthorized CVwizard Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding an unexpected subscription charge from CVwizard. On 9 April 2026, I purchased a $0.99 service and cancelled the subscription on the same day, as I had no intention of continuing with a paid plan. Despite this, on 01/05/2026 at 07:29:14, I was charged 19.99 USD by CVwizard. This payment was made with my Mastercard from TBC Bank (card ending in 0800). The transaction reference is SvHWUGJE, and the balance after the transaction was 148.43 GEL. Since the subscription was cancelled on the day of the initial $0.99 purchase and I did not authorize or intend any further recurring charges, I consider this 19.99 USD charge to be unjustified. I have already contacted your support before and did not receive an effective resolution, yet the charge was still applied. I kindly request a full and immediate refund of the 19.99 USD and the removal of my payment details from your system to prevent any future unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly with a refund, I will proceed with a bank chargeback for this recurring payment, which I did not intend to continue. I expect written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that my payment details have been deleted from your system.
