Parimatch Deposit Locked in Bonus Balance After ₹400 Payment

On April 30, I deposited ₹400 into my Parimatch casino account (ID/username: 617996910) from India. Immediately after the deposit, the amount was not added to my real balance. Instead, it was moved to the bonus balance and is currently marked as “temporarily locked by bonus,” which prevents me from using it in casino games as intended.
I carefully followed all the instructions provided to cancel the bonus and successfully removed it from my account. However, despite completing these steps, my ₹400 deposit is still not available as a real balance and remains locked under the bonus section.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any effective solution, and the problem is still ongoing.
I request that my ₹400 deposit be immediately released into my real balance so I can use it normally in casino games. Alternatively, I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution of why the funds remain locked despite the bonus being canceled.
