MyIQ Unauthorized Charges Need To Be Refunded

I recently used a MyIQ test and noticed that I was incorrectly charged through PayPal. First, I was double billed for 0.53 USD, and then I was billed an unauthorized amount of 31.89 USD. These charges appeared on 22 April 2026 and 24 April 2026. The PayPal transaction number for one of these charges is 29J94288YR870782J. I am located in Connecticut, United States. I had already cancelled any subscriptions or recurring payments that MyIQ signed me up for, yet I was still billed, which I find unacceptable. I also attempted to contact MyIQ by email but received no response. I kindly request a full refund of all incorrect charges, including the 0.53 USD double billing and the 31.89 USD unauthorized charge, and I ask that my cancellation be fully honored so that no further payments are taken from my PayPal account. I would also like written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled and that no additional charges will be made.
