Flydubai Denied Boarding in Nairobi Despite Valid Rebooked Ticket

I had a Flydubai ticket to travel from Nairobi to Doha via Dubai, originally scheduled for February 13. That flight in February was canceled, and I was rebooked to travel on April 29 on flights FZ1582/FZ004 from Nairobi through Dubai to Doha.
On April 29, I arrived at Nairobi airport and proceeded to the final check-in counter. A customer service staff member took my old boarding pass from February 13 and asked me to wait a few minutes while she processed my check-in. However, after waiting for approximately 30–35 minutes, instead of completing my check-in, I was denied boarding and sent away without being allowed to take my flight.
I was not given any clear explanation for this decision, nor was I offered an alternative flight, refund, hotel accommodation, or any form of assistance. As a result, I was unable to travel to Doha despite having a valid ticket and already being rebooked once due to the earlier cancellation.
I request that Flydubai rebook me free of charge on a new Nairobi–Dubai–Doha itinerary as soon as possible, as I was prevented from traveling through no fault of my own. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed and that my rebooking be arranged urgently.
