CV Wizard Charges R299 Subscription After One-Time CV Purchase

I used Cv Wizard and intended to pay only for a single CV, but on 03 February 2026, an amount of R299 was deducted from my bank card for a subscription that I did not authorize. At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring subscription or to this specific charge. I received no response from Cv Wizard regarding this issue, and I feel that this unauthorized deduction is unfair and misleading, as I clearly only wanted a single CV service. I request that the full amount of R299 be refunded to my bank card and that any subscription linked to my details be cancelled immediately to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
