CVS Pharmacy Customer Service Wastes My Time With Automation Instead of a Pharmacist
I’ve been sticking with CVS pharmacy for years, but recently, it’s turned into a complete hassle to manage. I remember when I could just call someone, chat with a real person, get my answers fast, and wrap things up in no time. Right now? I’m stuck spending more than 10 minutes chatting with what seems like “Artificial intelligence.” All I want is to talk to a pharmacist, but I keep getting stuck with this robot, and then I'm told to leave a voicemail. So frustrating! It’s really annoying that they believe this system works better for them, but it’s actually just making things harder for those of us who need fast assistance. Honestly, I’m over it. I’m on the hunt for a smaller pharmacy that genuinely cares about its customers.
