Unreachable Vodafone Customer Service, Stuck with Digital Assistant
Whenever I try to reach out to them, I always end up talking to their digital assistant, which is super unhelpful. The digital assistant is like a repeat, over and over the same thing...zero solutions. I was just trying to get all the deets about my contract agreement. I can't figure out how long I'm stuck with Vodafone. Also, I haven't had any luck finding out how the billing works, This thing thinks it gets what I'm saying yet it always back to the starting point, stop it please. It's super important to have access to customer service reps who can totally help us out with our concerns, right away and in a really effective way. I gotta say, dealing with Vodafone's digital assistant has been a total headache.
