Unauthorized Charge By CV Maker – Refund Requested
I purchased a one-time CV creation service through your CV Maker website. During the transaction, there was no clear and understandable information stating that any subscription or automatic membership would be initiated, and there was no explanation in a way that would not mislead the user. Despite this, I noticed that on 14 March 2026, an amount of 349.30 TL was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or explicit consent. As can be seen on my bank receipt, this transaction was carried out by CVMaker.com.tr, and the payment was taken via my bank card. This situation clearly means that the consumer has been misled and that a payment has been taken without permission. Within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, subscriptions that are initiated without being clearly stated to the user and the fees collected through such subscriptions are unlawful. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted you via e-mail and requested a refund of the amount, but I received a response stating that no refund would be made. I do not find this approach acceptable. I request the immediate refund of the payment of 349.30 TL withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or explicit consent. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will initiate a transaction objection (chargeback) through my bank, that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and that, if necessary, I will file a complaint with the relevant institutions and legal authorities. I expect the refund to be made to me as soon as possible in order to remedy my grievance.
