CVmaker Subscription Charge After One-Time $1 CV Payment
On February 26, I created a CV through CVmaker.com.tr and paid $1 for what was clearly presented as a one-time payment. I made this payment believing that my card details would only be used for that single transaction.
However, on March 10, 2026, I noticed that $9 had been charged from my account without my permission or approval. I did not receive any notification about this charge, no consent was requested, and I was unable to find any clear communication channel, phone number, or support contact on the website to resolve the issue.
Because my card information was used without my authorization, I have suffered financial harm and inconvenience.
I request that the $9 charged on March 10, 2026 be refunded immediately, that my card information be completely removed from their system, and that no further unauthorized charges be made in the future.
