I recently discovered that CV Maker charged ₺115 to my bank card without my consent. I have never purchased anything from them, signed up for any membership, or authorized them to use my payment information. I have no idea how they obtained my card details or why this transaction occurred.
This charge was completely unexpected and unjustified. I have already decided to check my previous account statements to see if similar unauthorized withdrawals were made in prior months. If I find additional charges, I will report them immediately.
I expect CV Maker to investigate this matter urgently, explain how this happened, and issue a full refund of the ₺115 taken from my account. I also demand written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
