CV Maker Payment Done But “Complete Payment” Emails – Customer Service

On July 22, I paid on CV Maker by credit card and I have the receipt to prove it. Despite this, I keep receiving emails saying “Complete your payment.” My account email is b************@gmail.com**. After my payment, I have not faced any extra charges or other issues—only these repeated payment requests. I tried to contact CV Maker customer service, but I haven’t received any response.

I request that my successful payment be recognized in your system immediately and that these duplicate payment emails stop. Please verify the transaction, update my account status, and confirm in writing that no further payment reminders will be sent. Clear and timely support is expected from a paid service; customers should not be pressured with unnecessary payment notices after completing their purchase.
