I Face Ongoing Unauthorized Monthly Charges from CVMaker Despite One-Time Use

I created an account on CVMaker.com.tr solely to build a résumé one time. However, even though I only used the service briefly and never agreed to any ongoing plan, for the past three months ₺250 has been automatically withdrawn from my account each month without my authorization.

I provided customer service with all email addresses I used during registration, yet every time I receive the same response — that no account exists under those emails. As a result, I am unable to access or cancel any supposed subscription. I contacted my bank, and they advised me to change my card to stop the payments, but I currently have no replacement card to do so.

When I try to reach CVMaker, I find no phone number, only an email contact form. All my emails receive automated replies that reject my requests without addressing the issue. I never signed any subscription agreement or gave consent for recurring charges — my approval was strictly for a one-time résumé creation.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of all charges taken to date. CVMaker must also ensure that similar situations do not happen to other customers.
