CV Maker Charged Me Multiple Times for a One-Time Payment Without My Consent

In May and June, I paid ₺250 on CV Maker to create a single resume—just a one-time service. However, instead of charging me once, CV Maker’s system enrolled me in an unauthorized monthly subscription and continued withdrawing ₺250 from my credit card without any notice or approval. This resulted in multiple unexpected charges that I never agreed to.

My account is registered under the username “Ali can Aktuğ” and the email address a***********@hotmail.com. After the initial payment, I wasn’t even able to log back into the platform—each time I tried, I received an error message saying “user not found.” I attempted to reach out to customer service to resolve the issue, but I received no response and no support.

I demand a full refund of all unauthorized payments and a thorough investigation into why I was charged repeatedly for a service I only intended to use once. CV Maker must stop enrolling users into hidden subscription models and provide real customer support. Resolve this matter immediately and refund the money you took without my consent.
