I signed up for the CV Maker app to create a CV one time, entering my card details for that single purchase. However, without my consent, the app began charging me every month. This went on for about 7–8 months before I realized the issue. Two months ago, I officially canceled my membership, yet the charges have not stopped. Every month, ₺200 is still being withdrawn from my account.
To make matters worse, when I try to use the service to create or edit a CV, the system says, “Your membership is not active,” even though they continue taking payments from my card. This is completely unacceptable — I am paying for nothing.
I demand that CV Maker immediately stop all unauthorized charges, fully refund the amounts taken after my cancellation, and ensure my card details are removed from their system to prevent further deductions.
