I used CVmaker to create a résumé and made what I believed was a one-time payment using my Halkbank credit card. After this transaction, without my clear knowledge or consent, I was apparently enrolled in a subscription. As a result, $6 was deducted from my account every month for eight months. The first charge was made on 11/05/2025, and the last charge occurred on 11/11/2025. In total, $41 was withdrawn from my card in this way.
I did not knowingly approve any long-term subscription or recurring payment, and I consider these deductions unauthorized. I contacted CVmaker about the charges, but I have not received any response. I also informed Halkbank, and I was told that the investigation is still ongoing.
I request a full refund of the $41 that was charged to my card without my explicit consent, the immediate cancellation of any active CVmaker subscription linked to my card, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
