On August 28, 2025, in Istanbul, I created a CV through cvmarker.com and paid ₺29.99 via mobile banking after clicking the “pay” button. I then downloaded the file. At no point did I provide identity details for a subscription, nor did I receive any notice that a membership had been created.
However, on September 5, 2025, I received a notification from my mobile banking app that an attempted charge had been made by iyzico cvmarker.com. The charge failed only because I did not have enough balance at the time. This clearly shows that an unauthorized subscription was created without my knowledge or approval.
I immediately contacted both iyzico and cvmarker.com by email, demanding cancellation of the false subscription and refund of the ₺299 charge. I also invoked my right of withdrawal. The only response I received was “you have a payment due,” with no further explanation.
This transaction was carried out entirely without my consent. I demand that the unauthorized subscription be canceled, the illegal ₺299 fee refunded, and my consumer rights respected. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will pursue legal action against cvmarker.com for obtaining unfair profit at my expense.
