CV Marker Unauthorized Membership Attempt and 299₺ Charge Without Consent

Through the CV Marker CV creation program, a membership was created without my consent, and a payment attempt of 299₺ was made on my card. I received both an email and an SMS notification about this charge. Luckily, since there were no funds on my card at the time, the payment failed, but if there had been balance, the money would have been withdrawn.

I never approved or requested any membership. This type of unauthorized subscription and payment attempt is unacceptable. I tried to contact customer service about the issue, but I have received no response so far.

I demand that my so-called membership be canceled immediately, that I will not be charged any fees, and that all of my personal data (r********@hotmail.com, 054549 6040) be permanently deleted from CV Marker’s system.

I also request a written confirmation once these actions have been taken. Customers must be protected from unauthorized charges and data misuse.
