Two weeks ago, I used the website CVmaker.com from Malaysia to create my CV. At that time, I chose and paid for a one‑time CV download, and 1.95 USD was charged from my Visa card, which I accepted as the correct payment. However, on 02.03.2026, CVmaker.com charged my Visa card again with an amount of 24.95 USD without my permission or any clear information that I would be subscribed to a recurring service. I did not approve any subscription; I only intended and agreed to pay for a single CV download. This second charge was unexpected and unauthorized from my side. I request a full refund of the 24.95 USD that was taken on 02.03.2026 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created on my account without my clear consent. I also ask that you confirm in writing that no further charges will be taken from my card in the future without my explicit approval.
