Cvmaker Monthly Fee Dispute – Charged Without Clear Consent

I used the Cvmaker service from Turkey and chose what I understood to be a one-time payment option of 20 TL. However, on the date of this complaint, I was charged 339 TL via my Ziraat Bank card as a monthly subscription fee, even though I was not clearly informed that it was a recurring monthly payment. I feel misled because I expected a single payment of 20 TL, not a monthly charge of 339 TL. After noticing the unexpected charge, I contacted Cvmaker customer service. Instead of resolving the overcharge, I was told that I should also pay for two previous months of payments, which I had not been clearly informed about and did not knowingly approve. This response was not acceptable to me, as I never intended to subscribe to a monthly plan at this price. I request that my Cvmaker subscription be immediately cancelled, that all unfairly taken payments, including the current 339 TL, be fully refunded, and that I receive a clear written explanation of how this situation occurred and why the subscription was not transparently presented as a recurring monthly fee.
