On June 2, 2025, I paid ₺30 on the CV Maker website to use their CV creation service. The payment went through successfully, and I expected to have full access to make edits if needed. However, when I later tried to modify my CV, the system did not allow me to make any changes. Despite not using any additional services or performing extra transactions, I received an email on August 4, 2025, stating that I supposedly owe ₺250.
No explanation was provided for this debt, and I had never been informed about it beforehand. I contacted the site’s support team via email, but the only reply I received was an automated message demanding payment without giving any valid reason.
Since I have paid in full for the service and used it exactly as described, I demand that this unjustified ₺250 charge be removed from my account. I also expect CV Maker to provide a clear explanation of how this situation occurred and to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again in the future.
