I purchased a one-time CV creation service from CV Maker about three months ago. However, after that transaction, without my approval or any notification, my credit card has been charged every month in the amount of $7 for a total of $21. I received no invoice, contract, or notification for any of these charges.
I made the payments with my credit card and I have not yet been able to get in touch with customer service. I discovered on November 3 that the charges had been made regularly each month. I had wanted to use the service just once, and I did not approve any membership or subscription.
I demand that all of these unjust charges be refunded to my credit card. If not, I will commence the necessary legal action.
