Currencies Direct Rejected My Money Transfer After Accepting It
Definitely poor experience with Currencies Direct. I believed everything was good since I tried transferring money via their website and they accepted it straight away. Four days later, out of nowhere, they returned the money and claimed the compliance team had denied the transfer even though I had responded to every single question they asked and supplied all the required documentation. I have never encountered problems like this even though I have been sending money abroad for years using different systems. Currencies Direct just wasted my time, made a lot of pointless worry, and finally spent more because of the delays. Their treatment of things greatly disappointed me. I would not advise anyone looking for a seamless, hassle-free transfer to use them once more as I absolutely will not be doing.
