Crocs Slippers Deformed in a Couple of Months

I purchased a pair of Crocs sandals from the Uzayspor seller on Trendyol in April. Despite only wearing them once every 2-3 months, the sandals have deteriorated significantly. I have clear daylight photos of the fading color, peeling, skin shedding, and cracking. When I sent them to Trendyol for warranty, I received a response that was nothing short of a farce. They claimed there was no manufacturing problem and returned the product to me. It's worth noting that I didn't send it in the first place claiming a production issue; it was their quality that let me down. If a product deteriorates to this extent after only 2-3 months of use, it is the brand's responsibility to stand behind their product. I also contacted Uzayspor via email and Trendyol's customer service, but I received no response. My complaint has been held up in inspections and transit for several days. Summer is over, and I'm left wondering when I'll be able to wear these sandals again. If this problem is not resolved quickly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
