Crocs Mary Jane Owner Requests Model Exchange After Workplace Foot Injury
I purchased my Crocs Mary Jane style clogs on September 27, 2025, from the Sporjinal store via Trendyol. I work in the cafeteria at Ankara Çankaya University, and on July 3, I suffered second-degree burns on my foot due to a hot water spill at work. Due to the burns and visible lesions on my foot, I am unable to wear this product while working under already difficult conditions, and the shoes no longer fit my foot properly.
Following this health issue and the hardship I have experienced, I request that the product be inspected by Crocs and exchanged for the same model. I ask that my complaint be taken into consideration and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
