Tommy Hilfiger Briana Sneakers Extremely Slippery — Caused Fall and Injury

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger Briana Sneakers from the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store in Ankara and wore them for the first time today (September 29, 2025). When I went outside in rainy weather, the soles of the shoes were extremely slippery, causing me to slip and fall heavily. I had to apply ice to my foot due to the pain and swelling. Experiencing such a serious safety issue with a product from a reputable brand was both surprising and disappointing.

Since this was my first time wearing the shoes, I did not expect such a dangerous issue. I request both a formal explanation from Tommy Hilfiger and a full refund, as well as an official apology for the incident.
